How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@grabgrove.shop. Once the order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days. If you selected Expedited Shipping at checkout, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing your order takes an additional 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on providing the best service to our primary regions. Please enter your address at checkout to see if shipping is available to your specific location.
Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
Since we sell a wide range of products—from electronics to clothing—items may ship from different specialized warehouses. You will receive a tracking number for each package sent.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please note that certain items like undergarments or opened software/electronics are non-returnable for hygiene and security reasons.
How do I start a return?
Simply email support@grabgrove.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the authorized return address and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
